Policies
Salon Policy:
No children or additional guests are allowed in the salon unless being serviced or approved owner. This is due to limited seating, privacy, and insurance purposes.
No eating in the salon is allowed. Complimentary snacks and water are provided.
Masks are optional at this time.
Hand sanitizer will be provided prior to service.
Please come with your hair thoroughly detangled and free of any style to avoid delay in service as well as additional charges.
Salon Late Policy:
There is a 15 minute grace period for all appointments. Arrival after the allotted grace period may result in you being rescheduled/cancelled. Please contact the salon to advise of a late arrival.
Salon Cancellation/No Show Policy:
If you need to reschedule your appointment, you must do so 24 hours prior to your appointment.
If you cancel outside of the allotted timeframe you will be charged 50% of your appointment.
If you fail to cancel and are not able to arrive to your scheduled appointment you will be charged 100% of your appointment.
Your retainer paid is non-refundable however can be transferred to another appointment within 2 weeks, after 2 weeks appointment scheduled will require an additional deposit.
Salon Refund Policy:
We do our best to provide the best possible service and result from visit. However, refunds are not available at this time, please contact your stylist if you are not satisfied with your service.
We will make every attempt to rectify any unsatisfactory service you receive. In most cases we will provide our guests the opportunity to allow you to restyle or correct any error there may be in the style.
By booking with stylist, you understand and agree to these guidelines and accept your booking as a verbal authorization to said guidelines
Forms of Payments:
Card, Cash, and Zelle are accepted as forms of payment.
A processing fee will be applied at time of service if you pay with card.
